It's called "Happy Clinic Beginner's Guide." It has tips, tricks, and strategies for running your own hospital or clinic.

It's called

Happy Clinic is a casual management game made by Nordcurrent that lets you help a new medical research centre grow and treat patients who come to the center's clinics. Treating their illnesses is only the beginning, because your clinics only have so many beds. Some patients have to be given more attention than others. Also, you have to finish this level before time runs out.

You use the rewards you get from completing levels to grow the Research Center, which makes things more difficult in future levels. As you get better, you spread your business to more cities around the world, and you help more people in the process. This goal isn't going to be easy. A new service means that more people will come in, which makes them have to wait longer for the right treatment.

Do not be fooled by the game's cute graphics. Happy Clinic can be very hard as you progress. In the later levels, you'll have a hard time making enough money to improve your services. If you want to learn more about Happy Clinic, stay with us. We'll show you how the clinic works.

1. Pre-Medical Practices

Playing Happy Clinic is a lot like playing games like Diner Dash, where you tap your screen and tell the nurse at the clinic to help the doctors treat their patients. People come in at the lower left corner of the clinic. They show a coloured bubble that shows which doctor they need and how patient they are now. As soon as their tolerance runs out, they walk away from the clinic in a bad mood.

The majority of the time, you don't have to keep people. However, some levels will make you work hard to reach the goal without losing your patience. A patient can be put on a bed that is available to get them ready for examinations and treatment, but you only start with two beds. Choose wisely and move quickly.

Patients need doctors, who come in different colours depending on what they do. Doctors in yellow and green are the first two people you have when you start. Each doctor can only help one person at a time. People can see which doctors are available in the upper right corner of the clinic, and they can choose which one to see. To send a doctor to the patient's bed, you tap them. The doctor's progress is shown by a green bar next to the patient's bed.

In the beginning, the doctor may be able to treat the patient with ease. At times, the attending physicians may ask you to get medicine from the dispensary at the lower right corner of the clinic. At first, you only have pills, and the pharmacist can only make one batch of pills at a time. With each room you add, you'll also be able to bring more items that the doctors will like to look at.

Once a doctor is done with their current patient, you get coins, and the doctor goes back to work in his or her office. Getting ready for another patient: The nurse has to clean the old patient's bed. The doctor also has to get back to their office before they can help a new patient.

So far, we've seen two types of goals for players to complete, both of which have a timer. The first goal is to make enough money by treating patients. The second goal is to treat a certain number of patients before time runs out.

It doesn't matter how you reach the goal. You'll get a star that you can use to improve the Research Center with. You can get up to two keys if you meet the goal. Up to 10 keys will open a chest that will give you more coins and some of the game's most valuable currency, Gems.

You can't go back and play old levels, so you always move forward. This can be bad, because levels get more difficult as you go on. You have five lives to get through each level. If you lose all of them, you'll have to wait for them to come back before you can try again. That's not all: You can double your money with ads to make more money, which is good for people who keep playing and want to make money that way.

Happy Clinic has branches in Oslo, Dubai, London, and Tokyo. The player starts in San Francisco and moves on to Oslo, Dubai, London, and Tokyo. After you finish 40 levels, you unlock the next city in line and also get to play Endless Mode in the city before that. To play, Endless Mode is mostly difficult. It can also be used to get coins, which can be used to buy things later on.

It's important to know that when you open a new city, all of your coin purchases are reset. You get a new clinic with just enough beds and doctors to take care of a few patients a day. As time goes on, more cities will be added.

2. Research And Development

Back at the Research Center, you can use the stars you've earned to buy new rooms and other things. Options are given to Nurse's grandfather, who also runs the centre where he works, by the head of the centre. These usually cost one star to put in. They have a few options like this:

  • Most of the time, new offices open up that have more doctors and more patients to treat. At the right side of the Center, their office is.
  • Extra doctors from the same office, so you can treat more patients of that colour at the same time.
  • Bandages and salves have been added to the pharmacy. They can be found in the lower left corner of the Center. They can be found from the next level up.
  • As part of their treatment, some patients may need to have an MRI scan. This is done by MRI Engineering, which places an MRI scanner in the clinic. As in real life, the scanner can only fit one person at a time, so be grateful that people who are in beds don't get impatient.
  • Some new things to bring to the doctor, such as cups of water and pairs of scissors. Some of these are in different places around the clinic, and they are not part of the dispensary.
  • Decorative items and other things for your employees, which are mostly for personalization, but also have a bigger impact later on.

Before installing an upgrade, you can choose from two different options. If you want to switch to the other one, you'll have to pay for it, but you can. This also affects the extra doctors, but you can't change the doctors at will. Their differences are only cosmetic.

There is a "Happiness" metre that you can fill up from time to time. When that metre is full, you get a chest full of coins and gems. The rate at which it fills up varies a lot. Sometimes it only takes a few visits to charge it up fully, but other times it may take a lot longer.

One type of decoration is outside, and you can choose between a mailbox or a piece of art. A mailbox is a better choice than the sculpture because every 24 hours, a postman will bring 70 or so coins. You can keep it as is or watch an ad to double it to 140 coins. This makes it much easier to get coins that can be used right away to improve the clinic.

Before you start any level, you can use any coins you've earned to improve your facilities. There are so many things to buy that your coins will run out quickly. There are a lot of upgrades to choose from, so it's important to think about which upgrades to buy first. These upgrades are broken down into four groups:

Staff: A lot of things that have an impact on both the nurse and the doctors. These are:

  • There are tray slots that the nurse can use as she moves around the clinic. This lets her carry up to three things. This is a good thing because doctors may ask for a lot of things to do treatment, so the nurse doesn't have to go back and forth. Instead, she can pick up all the things she needs and move on.
  • Staff Speed: As the description says, it makes both the nurse and the doctor move faster.
  • All illnesses have a global Illness Difficulty that determines how long or quickly your doctors treat their patients. This is the biggest problem when it comes to levelling up. To speed up healing, you can change the healing speed of each type of doctor. But there are five colours in total, and the costs of keeping each doctor up to date will eat into your profits.

Devices: Any and all changes to your clinic's services that you make. These could be:

  • Exactly what it says: Extra beds. Four more beds can be added, making a total of six beds.
  • Some of the Dispensary Slots can be found here. A dispensary can only hold a certain number of things from a certain type at one time. This will let you store up to three items per type.
  • Work time: This is how quickly any machines that have been set up can do their job. It takes a while for the MRI scanner to scan or for items outside the dispensary to cool down.
  • If you want to, you can get this as an extra. When a patient leaves, the beds are automatically cleaned and put back together. There are no coins in this case. It costs 600 Gems to buy.

In this section, you get paid for every device or item a patient uses, which means you make more money. 50 percent more money is made with each upgrade, and this upgrade can be bought five times, for a total income increase of 250 percent.

The more patience your patients have, the longer they'll stay at your clinic before they storm out. Upgrades here not only make them more patient, but they also make the levels last longer. If you do this, it will be easier to reach the level goal and/or keys in the process. This set of upgrades takes a long time to get, compared to the other things on this list.

So, how do you use your Gems? You can use them to buy extra powerups when you're on missions. These powerups include a time freeze that stops both patience and level time for a short time, and a simple speed boost for the nurse. Take care with when you use these powerups.

You can also get these powerups from the Happiness chest from the Center from time to time, but it's not a good source of them. If you don't get enough Gems this way, you can buy them at the store.

3. Memories, Milestones, And Minigames

During each level, you get Memories of the Nurse, which show how the nurse spends her time in a certain clinic and how she interacts with her coworkers at work. These are mostly for flavour, but for every three or so memories you unlock, you will get a chest. This gives you a reason to keep going through the storey.

The game also keeps track of what kind of patients come to your clinics, so you can improve your business. It works like this: You get a small reward when you finish a group. Patients are usually only from a few cities, but there are some "generic" patients who show up no matter where they live.

People from other cities may show up before you visit these cities. As a bonus, there are a few small things you can get from the game. It's mostly for fun.

Happy Clinic also has a reward system for completing certain tasks, which gives Gems when the task is done. There are simple tasks like curing a certain number of patients or delivering certain items to doctors. There are also more difficult tasks, like completing levels without losing any of the patients who are waiting for you to finish. These achievements give you Gems when you finish them, and some of them can be done over and over again, getting a little more difficult each time in exchange for more Gems.

There are some small events that happen from time to time to encourage people to do things. This isn't the only event where you get discounts and bundles. You can get "tokens" for certain treatments from doctors in yellow, red, and blue colours. A centrifuge takes your tallied tokens and spins them around for you. You spend a token to do this.

There will be a gauge for each of the three colours. The centrifuge "picks" a colour, and whatever colour it picks will be added to the gauge. Gauges that reach their first goal get you a prize. If all gauges reach their goals, you get a gift. Just be careful, because the centrifuge will pick a colour even if its gauge is already full. This could waste the token in the process.

People also have to deal with the piggy bank, which isn't a help. There is a piggy bank that stays open for a week and saves any Gems you earn while it is open. You can't open this until you reach a certain level. Because even if you did, you still need to spend money to open a bank.

In the end, it drains your hard-earned Gems for what is really a Gem sink. If you have this "event," you won't be able to buy any Gems. If you don't want to spend real money, you can give those Gems away when the week is over.

4. Guidelines For General Practitioners

We can now talk about how to treat as many people as you can now that we know all about Happy Clinic.

Recommended changes to the clinic: With how hard it is to get coins for your clinic, here are some suggestions for things you can buy to help things run more quickly:

  • Since staff speed affects how quickly the nurse moves, this lets her go much faster to where she needs to go. Even a few purchases here can make a big difference.
  • Tray Slots: Because you'll be doing treatments that need a lot of things, increasing the Nurse's carrying capacity can make it easier to meet the needs.
  • There are coins for dispensary orders because it is the first thing you can do in the clinic. It will be the most popular place to go, except for the beds. This will quickly add up, especially if one treatment needs a lot of different things and/or visits.
  • Dispensary Slots: For the same reason, some treatments may need a lot of the same thing. Makes it easier to fulfil these types of orders. It also lets you chain orders that need the same thing right away, rather than having the pharmacist get a new one ready first.
  • You might not be able to treat all the patients that come in without having some of them wait, but remember that just giving a patient a bed resets their patience metre, so they can just wait for the doctor that they need to help them.

Patience: Not only do these things slow down the rate of patience loss, but they also make all levels last longer. You can see why at least one of these should be bought right away.

In order to upgrade your doctors, you will also need coins. This means that you will have to choose which doctors get the upgrades first. You can usually leave a lot of the same doctor colour behind while you spend money on the ones who are alone.

  • That way, you can make up for the increased difficulty for the less-upgraded doctors by having more of them. At the same time, lone doctors can finish treating their patients quickly and free up their beds and themselves in the process.
  • For example, knowing which patients to treat first is important because you can only buy six beds and your doctors won't be able to keep up with all of the new patients you get. Be ready to lose patients unless the level calls for it.
  • Finally, keep in mind that when you unlock a city, all of your clinic upgrades are lost. The game is a good thing because it adjusts the level of difficulty accordingly. But don't expect to breeze through the next level just because you found coins in San Francisco.
  • When you upgrade the Research Center, if you have the option to add more doctors to your pool, think about getting more doctors before new colours. Less colour makes it a little easier to keep track of who is coming in. After that level is done, though, you'll have to get the new colour.
  • Wait for the postman or postal worker to arrive if you need coins. As long as you're willing to be patient, you can get enough coins to make several upgrades. Remember that the postman comes to your house every day or so.

In the same way, the amenities at the Research Center can be used to make a gift that gives coins, Gems, or powerups, but the refill rate can be a little off at times. Still, getting a gift just for making your employees happy helps a lot. Gems earned through gifts aren't taken away by the piggy bank; they can be counted on when the bank shows up.

In the end, even if you fail a level, you still get a small amount of coins because you tried your best. There are enough coins to buy the upgrades you need as long as you keep going. The only real limit to this strategy is the lives system, which can cause you to have down times while you wait for those lives to grow back up again. At least you can pair them with things like the post office and the amenities that come with them.

And that's it for our guide to the Happy Clinic. It's important to remember that this game is a lot more difficult than it looks, and you have five cities worth of patients to deal with, making this game both a test of your patience and speed.
