Tips, Tricks, and Strategies to Protect Your Beds and Destroy Your Enemies' Beds in Bed Wars – Adventures Guide

Tips, Tricks, and Strategies to Protect Your Beds and Destroy Your Enemies' Beds in Bed Wars – Adventures Guide

Bed Wars - Adventures is a PvP game produced by Studio Cubo in which you are stationed on a floating archipelago with your squad, or against everyone else. Your goals are simple: destroy your enemies' beds while protecting your own, and ensure that no one other than your squad is left standing to claim victory. While travelling towards the opposing bases, build up defences and passageways while avoiding counterattack. Keep in mind that your opponents can do the same to you, and your bed is just as vulnerable as theirs.

Bed Wars –In some ways, Bed Wars - Adventures mimics games like Minecraft and Roblox, and as a result, the UI should be recognisable to anyone who have played similar games before. Bed Wars – Adventures, in comparison to those games, uses a bespoke game mode with the same premise and regulations. Bed Wars – Adventures is a standalone version of same game mode with additional features. Additional customization options and passive enhancements that you can control and use to gain an advantage in future bouts are included.

This guide is intended for players who are new to this game mode, so expect a primer on the fundamentals before delving into the additional mechanics. Everyone has access to armour, bombs, and arrows to soften up other players before they get close enough for a proper brawl. It's more than just building bridges and whacking away. Keep reading to find out how to play Bed Wars – Adventures!

1. Crashing Cots For Dummies

If you're playing Bed Wars – Adventures for the first time, the game will ask you to create an account before you can play. The game primarily makes use of Sandbox, a built-in service, though you may also use pre-existing services like Facebook if you wish. If you want to bypass the previous options, the game provides a "fast login" method that produces basic account data without having an email address. If you choose the rapid login option, you can still alter your default username if it is still accessible. Once you've completed this, you'll be taken to the instruction.

Before you begin the tutorial, you will be given the option of choosing between two control systems for manoeuvring your character:

  • Rocker: A more standard joystick found in other mobile games;
  • Button: An eight-button keypad with a movement toggle button in the middle;  B We chose this option since it allows us to have more precise control over our direction. Above the jump button is the movement toggle button.

Now, either control scheme will be on the left side of the screen, and the jump button will be on the right. The mobility toggle button alternates your character's movement between walking, sneaking, and running, in that sequence. You won't be able to access it until after the tutorial is completed. Move closer to whatever you wish to interact with and tap it.

A "backpack" appears above the inventory menu, allowing you to carry additional things won outside of battles. The bag has seven fast slots, and the eighth slot allows you to open the backpack to access the remainder of its contents.

To fortify your bed, you'll need blocks to construct defences, which you can buy with the bars and jewels you have on hand. Although the game provides a simple overlay for players to follow, they are allowed to construct bed defences in any way they see fit. A shopkeeper is present at all team bases, though the game may occasionally offer a popup that allows you to purchase bricks regardless of your location. The block's durability is determined by the amount of money required to purchase it.

Wool blocks, for example, whose colour always matches the team that purchased them, are easily destroyed by attacks yet only cost four iron ingots to purchase, making them simple to get and transport. In exchange for more durable blocks, such as wood or obsidian, more expensive ores are required.

Matches in Bed Wars - Adventures take place on many floating islands with no connections, therefore blocks are also needed to travel the map. The connections must be built by the players themselves, either with the blocks they purchase or by scrounging them from neighbouring surfaces.

Players must be cautious because this usually leads in bridges that are only one block wide, thus even if they are not killed outright, attacks can easily end in players plummeting to their deaths. Because you can only place bricks on nearby surfaces, the game provides you with a button that automatically places a block in front of you, allowing you to build faster.

When it comes to fighting, all players begin with a wooden blade and no armour, and they must upgrade their weapons and armour using ores and jewels as usual. The sword does excellent damage and can be used to destroy enemy buildings and routes, although it is outclassed by specialised instruments that must be purchased individually. These are the tools:

  • A pickaxe is a useful tool for breaking apart stone and other similar materials.
  • Axe: Can be used to split apart wooden blocks.
  • Shears: Shears, which are sometimes mistakenly represented as scissors, are useful for breaking apart beds but are nearly useless for everything else.

Most tools can have their material upgraded in the store, boosting their damage against players and things. Wood, iron, gold, and diamond are the four materials on the scale, with diamond being the most effective and most expensive.

Armor can be bought and upgraded in the same way as weapons, but it starts with iron because wooden armour would be ludicrous. Tools and equipment can also be charmed to improve their abilities. A bow (but arrows must be purchased separately) and bombs that may be thrown to blow up foes are among the ranged options available.

2. Management And Matches

You will be placed in an available hub area where players congregate and chat, occasionally recruiting people for matches, when you are not in an active match or logging back into the game. Holiday decorations were still up throughout our gameplay; don't be surprised if they've been taken down after reading this guide.

The hub is a secure location where you can socialise with other players, keep track of your wins between rounds, and get new props and powerups. You can also get to the store by tapping the shopping cart symbol on your screen's upper right corner.

You can buy Keys, props, temporary boosters that last a few hours, and free rewards that you can get by watching adverts in the store. Meanwhile, you can acquire Gcubes, the premium currency of Bed Wars – Adventures, via in-app purchases by picking your current number of Gcubes displayed next to the store icon.

Instead of selecting options from a menu, Bed Wars – Adventures requires you to approach and interact with a certain NPC in order to gain access to particular services. These NPCs are located in the centre of the hub and are difficult to miss. These NPCs are illustrated in the diagram below, and they provide the following services:

Runes

A Skeletal Wizard is the leftmost NPC, and he can help you manage Runes, which are passive bonuses that can be applied to your character during a match. Runes are obtained primarily by opening Chests (discussed later), and they can be equipped and swapped as needed. Runes are divided into four groups, each with its own colour:

  • Attack (Red): Runes that improve your battle abilities. These might range from simple damage increases to igniting foes.
  • Defend (Blue): Runes that grant you regeneration or enhance your health pool, either immediately or over time as you survive longer. To give you an idea, each player starts with 20 health.
  • Feature (Purple): Runes that grant you additional inventory items at the start of a match, or upon respawn. Ingots, bricks, and even tools are examples of them.
  • Skill (Yellow): Runes that grant you bonuses upon killing someone.

In each category, players can equip up to seven Runes, but they only have three spaces to begin with. By levelling up your character, you can gain access to more Rune slots. The total rank of a Rune is determined by its shape, and you can trade duplicated or obsolete Runes for Keys, which are needed to open Chests.

Chests

A zombie stands next to the Runes NPC, allowing you to unlock chests. Chests may only be opened with Keys, which can be obtained by winning matches, purchasing them with Gcubes, selling duplicate Runes, or receiving them as login incentives. To open a Chest, you'll need 10 Keys, and you can choose to open one at a time or all at once.

Chests can give you Runes or new cosmetics for your character, and when you've used 300 Keys to unlock them, you'll obtain a more valuable Chest with higher benefits. The game gives you several free Chest openings to begin with, and you can open a Chest without purchasing Keys by viewing an ad.

Leaderboards

The skeleton in the middle of the crowd is a skeleton who allows you to examine the Leaderboards, which organise participants by their Ranking or Level, as explained below. It's a simple function, but it's an excellent way to know who's on top right now.

Matchmaking

Players can participate in three different sorts of matches in Bed Wars – Adventures, as well as a ranked mode for those who are more competitive. These match kinds are as follows, and as previously stated, the winning team is the last team standing:

  • 4v4v4v4: The "standard" mode pits four teams of four players against one another.
  • Duo: Players are divided into two-man squads, with a total of eight teams.
  • With eight participants in a free-for-all, it's "every man for himself."

When you select one of these matches, you will be taken to a preparatory area where you can recruit other players to join your team before entering the actual match. You can also just get right into a match, and the game will place you on a team with a free slot for you.

Unfortunately, if there aren't enough players with the same Ranking, which affects a player's total match performance, the game may add players with a significantly higher Ranking than everyone else. As a result, one team's ability level may be significantly disproportionate.

Meanwhile, Ranked Matches are much tighter about who is allowed to participate, and will generally aim to keep all players' rankings on the same level. The 4v4v4v4 mode is used in ranked matches, and the outcome of the match will effect your ranking. This provides a more level playing field and prepares athletes to deal with more difficult opponents.

Aside from matches and login prizes, Bed Wars – Adventures offers events that reward you with exclusive cosmetics and free chests if you complete daily objectives. Because Bed Wars – Adventures does not use a stamina system like other games, players are allowed to finish these chores as quickly as possible without being interrupted. Events have a limited time, so if you join the game as it is ending, you may not be able to take advantage of everything the event has to offer. You might have to wait till the next time it comes around.

3. Battle In The Skies

We'll go through how to increase your Bed Wars – Adventures skills here.

To begin with, newer players will often aim to dive right into the thick of things as quickly as possible, partially because they lack the Runes or resources to purchase stronger blocks as soon as the game starts. As a result, beds in rookie matches will be strengthened with wool in most cases.

Consider replacing those wool blocks with more durable materials if you have the time and resources, either by cultivating them from the foundation or looting them from slain players. This will slow down sieges long enough for you and/or your team to come to defend the area. On the other side, keep an eye out for teams that do the same thing, and buy and upgrade the appropriate tools ahead of time.

It is simple to construct straight paths for speedy transit when building bridges, but accessing sites diagonally requires a little more care. Make zigzagging trails to reduce the number of blocks used and the distance travelled. This is especially crucial because most maps feature diamond-spawning locations in far-flung isles, and you want to get there as soon as possible. Zigzagging paths give you a little more room to move around, making it a little more forgiving if you accidentally walk off a bridge.

In combat, jumping and assaulting your opponent quickly causes more damage than just swinging your weapon repeatedly. It may be difficult at first, but with practise, you will be able to perform jumping swings regularly in no time. Until that time comes, simply swinging your weapon will do.

You may always shove the enemy off the map if they're taking too long to take down; no amount of armour will shield them from falling harm. While you will be unable to collect any equipment they may have dropped, you will be able to eliminate the enemy and prevent the equipment from falling into the hands of other players.

Ranged assaults are still feasible in Bed Wars – Adventures, and while it may not be as hectic as melee combat, taking off adversaries with the bow can soften them up before deciding to approach near. You can even kill them or knock them over cliffs, and if they have received enough damage, some gamers may choose to retreat rather than face an adversary. You can always get a bow and start shooting if melee isn't your strong suit.

Whatever weaponry you choose, remember to update your gear as the game progresses. The game allows you to purchase upgrades even if you are far from a store, giving you some flexibility when it comes to sharpening your gear. Just keep in mind that you'll be standing still while accessing these upgrades, so find a safe spot to make your purchases unless you want to be ambushed.

Finally, even if you do lose your bed, it is not a certainty that you will lose it. Try sabotaging other teams' beds so that if your team goes down for the count, those teams won't be able to reinforce. You may even win a match despite losing, as newer players may believe that a team without a bed is a hopeless cause. On the other hand, keep in mind that your adversary has the ability to do the same to you.

Remember to cash in any free Chests the game offers daily, either through the Chest interface or the store, when you return to the hub. They can provide you with stuff to keep in your backpack or Runes to strengthen your character and make future matches easier. Consider storing ingots and gems in the backpack quick slots so you can easily transfer them to your inventory and use them.

The ability to manage Runes is crucial to win, but because you start with a restricted number of slots, you must determine which ones are instant picks:

  • The best Attack Runes are ones that boost damage without having any side effects. If you have enough space, you can add more special Runes to your blade, such as one that gives it a tiny chance to set enemies on fire. Any Rune that simply increases damage is placed first in any case.
  • Choose Defense Runes that raise maximum health at the start of the game over those that increase it gradually, as an early death will nullify the gain. While regeneration is limited at this point in the game, it is still important for healing yourself after a combat and can mean the difference between losing and winning by a hair's breadth.
  • Feature Runes add ingots to your inventory, followed by Skill Runes that offer you tools at the start of the match, despite the fact that we did not meet them during our playthrough. Killstreaks with Skill Runes are very reliable, but killstreaks with Runes that grant regeneration on kills can be devastating if you can get them.
  • Last but not least, remember to trade any duplicate or obsolete Runes for Keys. It declutters and organises your Rune collection, making it easier to navigate.
