A lot of people say Slack servers are down.
  • There are a lot of countries that don't allow people to use Slack. People say that this ranges from Europe to Asia.
  • Connectivity problems, slow transfer speeds, and even not being able to connect to the servers at all are some of the problems.
  • Both the Slack app, the web app, and the mobile apps have had problems.

If you use Slack for work, or just to talk to your family and friends, the last 24 hours haven't been very good.

Some people say they can't get into their Slack account no matter how hard they try. Others say that even if they can connect to the servers, the connection is weak even if they do.

Clearing caches, restarting two different computers with both Windows 11 and Windows 10 operating systems, and even looking at the Android app were all things we did to make sure that the problem wasn't caused by something that was happening in our own home or office.

When it comes to logging in from a PC, we tried both the app and the website, but both didn't work.

There are some problems with the Android app. Even though it runs, the status of the linked account can't change to active.

It says "Unable to update status" at the bottom of the screen in this picture.

It's down for everyone.

From what we could read in the comments section of DownDetector, it looks like most of the problems are in the western part of Europe, but users in Poland, India, and other countries have had problems as well.

The way people are affected doesn't seem to be based only on where they live. It also seems to be based on the exact effects that people say they have.

Some people can't get into their accounts on any platform, iOS is slow, and the web app is slow as well, with slow file transfer speeds and long loading times.

What can I do about this?

Because this is mostly a server-side problem, there isn't much you can do to fix it.

What you should do is check the Twitter Slack page all day long to see if the team has made any changes to the situation.
