In Samsung Galaxy Phones, How to Make a Collage

A photo collage is a single image made up of several photos placed in different layouts. A video collage or a picture and video composite are also options. Creating collages usually necessitates the use of a third-party collage-making program. On Samsung Galaxy phones, however, this isn't necessary. Do you want to know how to construct a collage on your Samsung phone with two or more photos? Find the answer in the section below.

How to Make a Samsung Phone Collage

Within Samsung's gallery app, there's a built-in collage maker. What's more, you may use the collage to include both photographs and videos. The feature is partially buried. However, the techniques below will assist you in locating the Samsung collage creator that has been hidden.

1. On your phone, open the Samsung Gallery app. Samsung Galaxy phones come with this app pre-installed.

2. Touch and hold the first photo you'd like to include in the collage. On the selected image, a blue checkmark will show. Other photos can be added to your collage by tapping on them. Images can always be added or removed later.

Note: that a collage can only contain up to 6 objects.

3. After selecting the photographs, hit the three-dot icon and select Create from the menu.

4. Select Collage from the drop-down menu.

5. The collage maker will select one of the collage layouts for you. If you're happy with it, click Save at the top to save the collage. Alternatively, see the following section for instructions on how to edit the collage.

In Samsung, how do you edit a collage?

You'll arrive at the collage editing screen after selecting photographs and selecting Create > Collage. The collage editing tasks listed below can be completed by you.

Layout Modifications

The different collage layouts are located at the bottom of the collage editing screen. To utilize a layout, simply tap it. The supplied photos will switch to the specified layout automatically. To shuffle through different layouts, tap the Shuffle button (the first box in the list of layouts).

Add Additional Images or Videos

To add more images or videos to the collage, use the add (+) icon located before the layouts. Only six things can be added to a collage, as previously stated.

Change the Collage's Aspect Ratio

The collage will have a 1:1 aspect ratio by default. You can, however, modify it to 9:16 or 16:9. To do so, go to the bottom of the screen and hit the Aspect ratio icon, then select the required size.

Change the size, color, and style of the border.

At the bottom of the collage editing screen, select the Border tab (the final one). The tools for border customization will display.

The top slider allows you to change the border's roundness. It can be used to increase or decrease roundness. Similarly, the second slider can be used to adjust the border size, or the distance between the photographs or videos and the frame. Finally, adjust the border colors using the color palette.

Photo or video can be substituted.

If you decide that a photo or video should be replaced while modifying the collage, you don't have to start over. Replace the photo by tapping the Replace icon on the photo you want to replace. From the Gallery, select the required photo or video.

Remove a Photo

To completely remove a photo from your collage, tap on it and choose the Delete symbol. This will remove both the photo and the image box. As a result, there will be one less image box in the collage.

Photo Retouching
