Let's have a look at them.

Before you begin, you must first enable this option in your phone's settings. The measures to take are outlined below.

Open the Settings app, scroll down to Screen Time, press Turn On Screen Time, continue, and select This is a picture of my iPhone.

Screen Time is now enabled, and it will track your activity across all of your iPhone's apps and services.

2. Use a passcode to secure your screen time settings.

Set up a passcode to keep prying eyes out of your Screen Time settings.

Tap Use Screen Time Passcode in the Screen Time settings. You'll be prompted for the passcode twice. If prompted, confirm your Apple ID and password.

Your device will ask for the password every time you change Screen Time settings, such as adding or removing limitations or adjusting settings.

3. Set a daily limit on the number of apps and app categories you can use.

You can establish a daily restriction for the apps you use the most in two ways. Using either a category or an app. If you find that social networking sites consume the majority of your screen time, you can establish a time limit for all social apps.

Go to App Limits > Add Limit under Screen Time settings, and if prompted, input the Screen Time Passcode. To establish a time restriction, check the box next to a category and tap Next in the top right corner. Finally, press the Add button.

Select a category and tick the box next to a specific app if you wish to set a limit for that app. To specify a time limit, press Next, then after you're finished, hit Add.

It's also possible to adjust screen time according to the day of the week. By turning on the Block at End of Restriction toggle, you can also block an app after the time limit expires.

4. Establish a daily limit for some websites.

When using your iPhone to browse the internet, you most certainly visit certain websites more frequently than others. Screen Time allows you to set a time restriction for how much time you spend on certain websites. Learn how to ban such sites as well.

Open Screen Time > App Limits > Add Limit > Websites > pick Add Website > write or paste the website address > Next > set time > Add.

The website limit applies to all browsers, regardless of which one you use to visit the internet.
